Francisco Valentine, PE is a graduate of West Virginia University's School of Mechanical Engineering. He started his career in Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) as a mechanical and plumbing design engineer. Through the years, he expanded his skill set to include energy project development, commissioning, TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing), and Direct Digital Controls. This varied range of knowledge and experience provides a unique perspective upon which his book is based.
